You can follow the following steps to sign up for CardUp Collect:
Step 1: Sign up for a CardUp business account by providing your email and password.
Step 2: Click on the 'Set up' button on your dashboard (under 'Start collecting payments')
Step 3: You'll land on a page that highlights the benefits of using CardUp Collect, along with the eligibility criteria for Collect. Click on the 'Setup now' button on this page (on the top right)
Step 4: You'll need to provide your personal and business details
Step 5: Once you've submitted your business details, you'll need to provide your bank account details and your bank statement. This is where you'll receive your payments. You'll also need to answer a few questions about the average amount you'll collect through CardUp.
The following documents will be required to complete your on-boarding process:
Business Registration Certificate
Bank statement with your company's address included
Signed Addendum to our Terms of Service
A coloured copy of a Passport or HKID of the authorised individuals with permission to manage the CardUp Business account
Our team will let you know within 1 business day if any additional supporting documents are still required.
Once your on-boarding is complete, we will send you a personalised online payment link that you can share with your customers and clients to start collecting payments.
